I GOT MY HORSE RIGHT OUTSIDE is composed out of soundscape samples taken from French and US rap music. By soundscapes we mean all - non musical - sounds one can hear in a rap song : ambiences, raw or composed environments, sound effects, wild tracks.
I GOT MY HORSE RIGHT OUTSIDE is the first incarnation of the project MATTERING MAPS that looks into the relationship between soundscapes and rap music.
